These beautiful plaques are a great way to commemorate a loved one who recently passed on, simple and elegant.
Each plaque has a cut out section, which can be turned in to a keyring made from the same wood or as Silver coloured or give to as a token to be passed on to the after life with the body.
Each plaque comes with a small beautiful wooden stand.
Plaques can be personalised with names and dates, simply detail any wording, names and dates you wish in the provided text box.
