We now have a date for the Gelli printing, so this is now a live listing to book your seat on Saturday, 26th April at 2pm - 3.30pm.

You'll using various botanicals to make Gelli prints into:

• A little book
• A selection of stationary
• gift tags
• prints to take away and frame

What is Gelli printing?

Gelli Plate Printing uses a gelatine plate to press to fabric or paper. The process is easy as the paint is put on the gelli surface, spread out with a brayer (A brayer is a hand-tool used historically in printing and printmaking to break up and "rub out" (spread) ink, before it was "beaten" using inking balls or composition rollers), then using a variety of stencils and other textural objects are placed on the gelli plate, removed and placed on the fabric.

There are a limited amount of spaces due to the space needed to make your items, we have to limit spaces to 8, however if we do have a lot of interest, we will host another workshop. So if we have sold out, get in touch and should your interest.
