By participating in BenaBerry's Craftea Café classes or workshops, I acknowledge the following:

1. Participation Risks

• I understand the risks involved in crafting activities, including but not limited to paint/pen stains, ingestion of materials, splinters, paper cuts, burns (e.g., hot glue for adults), and use of sharp tools.
• I assume full responsibility for any injuries or hazards encountered during participation.

2. Liability Waiver

• I voluntarily waive any claims against BenaBerry's Craftea Café, its instructors, or staff for injuries or damages sustained during classes, workshops, or related events.
• I accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

3. Attendance & Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Full refunds are provided only with 7 days notice, for catered and/or bespoke party sessions.
• Late Arrival: If I arrive after the class starts, I may be denied entry, with no refund or reschedule option.

4. Children Under 15

• I take full responsibility for any children under my care, including their safety and supervision on the premises (e.g., toilet facilities with interior locks).

5. COVID-19 Protocols

• I agree to follow government guidance and BenaBerry's safety measures, including hygiene and distancing protocols.
• I will not attend if I am symptomatic, have been exposed to COVID-19, or develop symptoms after attending.

Important: All attendees aged 16+ in my group must read and sign this waiver before participating.

By booking a class, workshop, or accessing online material from BenaBerry's Craftea Café, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this waiver.
