Workshop T's & C's - Cancellation Policy – BenaBerry Craftea Café
We understand that plans can change, so please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
If You Need to Cancel
- 4+ weeks before your workshop date
You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop date. - 2–4 weeks before your workshop date
You will be offered a 50% refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop date. - Within 14 days of the workshop
Unfortunately, no refunds, but we could consider transfer to another workshop at an additional cost of 25% for admin fees but would be case dependent and confirmed on question, as materials, preparation, and spaces will already have been allocated, however we will consider all options, case by case.
Gift Vouchers
- Shop Gifted vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Bought Vouchers do not have an expiry, unless its for a specific workshop.
- The workshop date itself may fall beyond this 12-month period, provided the booking is made within the voucher validity.
- The same cancellation policy applies to voucher bookings.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased, but can be transferred to another person.
If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that BenaBerry Craftea Café needs to cancel a workshop, you will be offered
an alternative date.
If you are unable to attend the new date,
a full refund will be issued.
