Join us for a truly unique and heart-warming creative experience — our Wooden Pet Mosaic Workshop! This one-of-a-kind session invites you to bring along a favourite photo of your beloved pet and transform it into a stunning wooden mosaic masterpiece. Whether you’ve got a playful pup, a curious cat, or a feathery friend, we’ll help you capture their personality through texture, pattern, and colour.
Guided step-by-step, you’ll explore a mix of creative techniques including decoupage, painting, layering, and decorative pattern work, all while working on a beautiful wooden base. Every detail is yours to decide — from the background tones to the final finishing touches — ensuring your creation is as unique and full of character as your pet themselves.
We’ll also pause midday to enjoy a " Afternoon Tea" style light lunch and a well-earned cup of something comforting, giving you time to chat, relax, and soak up the creative atmosphere.
This relaxing Sunday workshop (10 am – 3:30 pm) is the perfect way to slow down, celebrate your furry (or feathered!) friend, and leave with a truly personal piece of art to treasure forever. Spaces are limited — so gather your favourite pet photo and get booked in for this unforgettable creative day.
What’s Included:
✨ Your Customise pet, will be turned in to a wooden mosaic artwork. - simply upload your desired picture of your pet / favourite animal (please do not send copyrighted photos we can not use them!) We will then convert the photo/picture to a mosaic picture approximately 30cm x 40cm depending on the image we receive, but we will make it a standard size to fit an off the shelf frame (Frames are not included). Each piece will be made up of 2 layers and 30+ piece of your mosaic pet / animal.
✨ All Materials & Tools – Everything you need to create your masterpiece. (If you have some paper, fabric etc you’d like to incorporate, feel free to bring it along. Please note: we can’t take responsibility for personal belongings, so we recommend keeping extras to a minimum.)
✨ Refreshments – A range of tea, instant coffee, squash or water to keep you refreshed while you create.
✨ " Afternoon Tea" style shared light lunch – A selection of sandwiches, mixed savoury snacks (i.e. sausage rolls, quiche etc) vegetable sticks, fruit (seasonal) all topped off with variety of sweet treats and bakes. (If you have allergies, please let us know and we’ll do our best to cater for you where possible, there maybe traces of gluten so if you are highly sensitive, please feel free to bring you own light lunch - we'll do our best to separate allergens required)
Refreshments - All attendees will get free hot drinks / cold drink for the duration of the workshop. (tea/instant coffee or squash) - £1.50 for upgraded coffees / hot chocolates / Chai etc
Timings - Please arrive at 10.00am for a 10.30am start... to give you time to get drinks and get settled to start the session, please don't come too early as we may still be setting up.
You've been allowed for 5 hours, but some people might take less time than others, please be mindful of the time and your projects, though some are quicker than others we can't go too much over the time.
