Hahaha this Naughty Santa " Jingle My Balls $5" Will certainly get some attention and definitely some giggles this year!
Simply etch, score and cut on a material of your choice and all you need to do is find some bells to dingle dangle from the holes between his legs... On the ornament in the picture I have used bells which are approximately 10mm in size, smaller would work too.
Paint them any colour or style - they could even make great for earrings!
