You can cut out the Disc and mount it on a backer which gives a more 3D effect or you can just etch it on to Backer.

This file has a spiral line which you can use to attach song lyrics to in certain software, its designed as a template to help you create the similar effect to the design in the photos... You need any assistance please let me know as I will be more than happy to assist you further.
Originally Designed in lightburn, but proven to work in Illustrator too... but if you need assistance please ask.
