Decoupage & Up-cycling

Step into a world of cosy creativity with our up-cycling workshops. In these workshops, you’ll have the option and depending on which option you choose maybe asked to bring your own Bric-a-Brac piece to "Up-cycle" and create in to your own unique master piece.

Using various different decorative papers and/or Metallic Foils to create a truly one of kind piece to keep for yourself or maybe make gift, its up to you..

So, go though your old items or visit a charity shop and bring along a vase, pot, mirror, picture frame or even old pair of loved shoes which need some tender love or maybe a New pair of boring plain shoes, that needs a bit of "zhuzhing up" or a bit of a "Je ne sais pas"... make them yours, there really are endless possibilities!! What will you bring??

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned crafter, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to slow down, get creative, and enjoy a relaxed, mindful afternoon surrounded by like-minded people.

🪵 What’s Included:

✨ If you choose either the Gin bottle or Scollop Shells workshop, all you'll need to bring is yourself.

✨ If you choose either the Bric-a-Brac or Shoes workshop and you'll be asked to bring your own Bric-a-Brac item or pair of shoes you want to up-cycle and then all the materials to make your brought in piece.

For all choices, you'll have access to a wide selection of other materials including Acrylic paints, decorative papers, stamps, as well as other embellishments and many more add-ons — allowing you to create a truly unique inspired design.

✨ All Tools & Guidance
Everything you need to bring your piece to life will be provided, along with gentle guidance to help you layer, decorate, and personalise your piece.

✨ Creative Add-Ons
There will be plenty of extra embellishments available — think details, textures, stencils, twine, florals, and accents. If you have any small items you’d love to incorporate (a charm, ribbon, or special keepsake), feel free to bring them along.
Please note: we can’t take responsibility for personal belongings, so please keep extras to a minimum.

✨ Refreshments
Enjoy a choice of tea, instant coffee, squash, or water while you create. You can also upgrade your drink on the day to a Cappuccino, Latte, or Hot Chocolate for just £1.50.

✨ Sweet Treats
A selection of sweet treats to choose from, as well as a few Gluten/ Milk-free and Vegan options are available on site to purchase.

📅 Date / Time

Timings: Please arrive at 15 mins prior to your start time - to get settled, grab drinks and cake before we begin. Please don’t arrive too early as we may still be setting up and need the space

Saturday workshops - 2pm start - Finish 4pm

Tuesday Evening workshops - 6.45pm start - Finish 8.45pm

We’ve allowed approximately 2 hours for each of the items you can choose from. Some projects may be completed quicker than others, so please be mindful of time — unfortunately, we’re unable to extend the session much longer than scheduled finish time.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Age Guidance

While we welcome all ages for crafting, this workshop is best suited for ages 11+, as younger children may find the session length challenging, but you know your children best so if your 8 year old will sit for 2 hours then please do bring them along.
