These beautiful plaques are a great way to commemorate a loved one who recently passed on, simple and elegantly etched on birch ply wood.
There are a few choices for you to look at:
Large single (30cm x 21cm) (come complete with a stand)
Medium plaques (20cm x 15cm)
Small plaques (15cm x 10cm)
And there are a few pack options you can choose from too, which are great for giving to family and friends.
Simply send us a photo, Name, Wording/phrase (up to 30 words), dates etc and we'll design you a plaque for you to proof.
If there isn't a pack size suitable for your rest, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to give you a price based on your requirements.
