The Private Hire Booking is for the Hire only of "BenaBerry's Craftea Café"

at 19 Borough Street, Castle Donington, DE74 2LA

Our private hire offer is a venue of creativity, connection, and relaxation—suitable for all ages and every kind of occasion.

Here’s what’s included:

• Staff member onsite for service
• Full hire of the Cafe for up to 2 hrs - if you require longer please contact us a custom price
• Seats and tables for up to 16 people, plus the use of a 2 seater sofa separate from the main seating area
• Cakes, hot & cold drinks are available to purchase on the day ( other Vegan, Gluten Free options available)
• Early access for setup (20mins before day / time dependant)

With our expert support and attention to detail, your event won’t just be another gathering—it’ll be a seamless, joy-filled experience your guests will remember.

Any Extras? Party Tidy up? Decoration Hire? choose your extras . . .

• A selection of themed décor crafted from paper, card, or MDF
• Cake Toppers
• Occasion banners (e.g. “Happy Baby shower” etc)
• Polaroid-style photo frame for fun group pictures

Kindly refrain from making any arrangements until your booking has been officially confirmed by text or email.

Please note: The requested date and time will only be secured once you have received a confirmation email from us, please read the T's & C's carefully, which are also emailed to you for you to downloaded and read at leisure once you've made the purchase.
